My fully equipped 300-square-foot gym is designed to help you reach your fitness goals with everything you need for a well-rounded workout. From barbells and dumbbells to resistance bands, TRX straps, and a full power rack, I’ve got the tools to help you make real progress.

I offer one-on-one personal training sessions that last between 45 and 60 minutes, with flexible options of 1 to 3 sessions per week. Each session is carefully structured to ensure you get the most out of your time, starting with a dynamic warmup to prepare your body, followed by a targeted workout that focuses on strength, mobility, and functional fitness. We’ll finish with a cooldown and stretching routine to improve flexibility and reduce muscle tension.

Whether you’re looking to increase strength, improve balance, regain mobility, or simply stay fit and healthy as you age, I will create a customized program tailored to your unique needs and goals.
